You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:
the item must be returned in its original packaging
the tag must still be attached
the item must show no signs of wear or use
To request a return label, please contact us at zenstellalumenflowservice@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.

If we see that there is damage to the gemstones or silver caused by wear or use, the cost of this damage may be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our office. After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation.

As our items are custom-made, we are not legally obligated to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we proudly offer this 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

No matter where you are, we work carefully to make sure your jewelry system reaches you safely and beautifully.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders.

If you would like your order sooner, we also offer an Express Shipping Upgrade for $19, available at checkout.

3. How long will delivery take?

(Customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen disruptions are not included.)
